No complains, it's a fabulous place with friendly people working here, super clean, well maintained, aesthetic. Beds are super comfy and you can even stand on them, as the ceilings in the building are very high. There are enough of bathrooms and toilets on every floor, you will not wait in line. I work remotely, internet is good, it goes off from time to time, but they called the mechanic and fixed that, these people do really care. The house and the territory are very beautiful, it feels like an oasis in the constant rush of Cairo. I extended my stay for 1 more week and will come back the next time I'm in Cairo.

The staff were incredibly kind to us. They welcomed us with a cold drink because it was very hot. Then, they helped us dealing with a problem we had ensuring we felt safe. They offer tours and you can ask them anything you need. Location is perfect, in front of the ticket office. The bed was amazing super relaxing, all the room clean and the bathroom was clean and good too. When we checked out, they offer to keep our luggage until the night. We really appreciate the kindness and we will come back to the same hotel next time.

I was very happy with how friendly and attentive everyone was – they made sure everything was to my satisfaction at all times. When my watch broke, it was repaired for me, which I deeply appreciated. I was allowed to enjoy breakfast on the terrace, and they even carried up chairs and tables just for me. There was someone available 24/7, which made me feel very safe throughout my stay. The view of the pyramids is simply breathtaking. If I return to Cairo, I will definitely book a room here again. Everything is also conveniently located – it’s easy to get around. There are local vendors and ATMs nearby, and all the prices are fair. As a tourist, I never felt like I had to pay overpriced rates. I can truly recommend this place to anyone coming to Cairo. 5 out of 5. Thank you again for this wonderful time in Cairo. Very, very good.

But then you’re met by Noura and Ahmed and soon realise the staff at 5 star hotels would have a hard time matching their customer service. Noura makes your stay here go from below average to exceptional! I made a special request for my room and she delivered in style. When I asked for a guide to provide a tour she arranged one ensuring no details were missed and at competitive price. She is reliable, somehow always available for your queries or to arrange anything you need and all with a smile. Ahmed and other staff were so friendly and helpful that it made us feel like we were staying with family. The breakfast was better than I expected and the location was perfect for our needs.

Next time we visit Cairo I will definitely stay in Heaven Hostel.
