Villa Layla is more like a beautiful, charming mansion where every little detail is done with love and great taste. Berar, the amazing owner, and his lovely team make you feel like a VIP guest at a five-star hotel. The atmosphere is cozy, elegant, and full of heart. I’m currently traveling around Egypt, and I keep recommending Villa Layla to everyone I meet, I want others to feel this magic too. Honestly, I’m now thinking of changing my travel plans just so I can come back and spend one more night there before my flight. That’s how much I loved it. Despite feeling physically unwell in Egypt, I felt truly comfortable at the hotel: attentive staff, hearty breakfasts, and beautiful views of the Sphinx and the Pyramids. Giza is not the cleanest area in Cairo, so Sequoia is literally an oasis of comfort amid the general chaos. Yes, of course, there are many fruit and juice shops nearby, banks, and most importantly - the entrance to the Pyramids, but all of this is in constant motion and full of questions. The staff not only helped us get from the airport to the hotel (and back), but also arranged a trip to the Grand Egyptian Museum, where the driver took us in the morning and picked us up in the evening. Any other requests were also handled quickly and efficiently.

This recently renovated homestay is located 1.8 km from Giza Pyramids and 15 km from Cairo Tower. The homestay has family rooms. I loved the room, it was huge, with very comfy and clean double beds, modern look and nice colourful lighting; has its own cool bathroom. The hotel is very close to the pyramids, and Ahmed, Hend and Anas were super friendly and helpful, which made our stay very cozy and welcoming. What we paid for the room was totally worth it, specially with the breakfast in the price. Thank you, and keep up the good work!
