We are an international hotel of high standards. We are elegant and understated – just like Vejle. Like city, like hotel, you might say. The room is big and the mattress is comfortable. The breakfast has enough choices and many of the choices’ quality is high. It is clean and new (recently renovated). The location is convenient enough (10 minutes walk from the bus and train station). The staff is friendly. A better choice to stay to go to Lego places compared to the Lego resort at a very reasonable price.

We had a wonderful wedding lunch with about 20 people at the Garden Cafe. The setting in Augustenborg Garden is really beautiful and the team of Mette and Mette took great care of us. You get a really individual set up. From the menu to decoration and wedding cake. They do their best to fulfill all your wishes. We will always remember that special day. Thanks a lot for having us and the warm welcome. The home made gløgg is excellent as well. For our wedding we stayed at the lovely apartments in Augustenborg Garden right next to the Café. That was a perfect fit.

The holiday house at Præstegarde 11 is absolutely beautiful. The house has been lovingly renovated to the highest of standards. The appliances and fittings are first-rate, a quooker tap instead of a kettle - genius, wish we had one at home, USB ports in the plug sockets, a huge dishwasher (tabs provided), a washing machine, lovely shower and comfortable beds. The house is literally a stone’s throw from the cathedral, you can see it from several windows and especially from the garden. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the cosy patio area for dinner in the evening. The town of Ribe is the oldest in Denmark and picture-perfect. There is so much to see and do and it is just a short drive to the sea. The bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival was much appreciated, thank you, and the local bakery Pompeji was excellent, we have never seen so many cakes and pastries in one place before :-) Remember in Denmark to bring your own bed linen and towels or be prepared to request them at a small additional cost. We brought our own which was no problem at all. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house and wonderful town.

Not many properties around. - Proximity to Legoland: very close, 15mins drive. Not a pro. - Playgroud for kids. Playroon with lego for kids. - Horses: not available for horse riding but a very nice addition overall. - House was comfy for the family. Rooms were spacious. - Nice siting place outside. - Parking available.

We were there only for one night, but it’s very nice and clean place.
