The team at NH Collection is the definition of A Class customer service. I had the best experience from booking to, checking in, to checking out. I enjoyed the meals at the in house restaurant. The rooms were spotlessly clean and with all the amenities I needed. The reception team booked taxis for me every time I needed to step out.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped. It is close to public transport and grocery stores. You can get in any part of the city quickly from this location.
The host was amazing, and responded quickly to messages. Very understanding when my plane got delayed, and my check-in was later than intended. The host's husband picked me up from the airport, then showed me around the apartment.
I highly recommend staying here

Beautiful location and grounds in a quiet, peaceful environment just a short drive away from the city center. Wonderful if you're traveling with a dog. Easy after-hours check-in process and very helpful, friendly staff.

Excellent location and helpful receptionist. Just wanted functional room (shower and bed) as we spent our time exploring/sight seeing and trying different restaurants. Didn't include breakfast. Availability of storage room for cases before and after check-in/check-out really appreciated. Simple, cheap and frequent trains to/from airport...less than 10% of quoted taxi. The hotel was competitively priced for Copenhagen but more expensive than many cities.

Lovely hotel. I think it caters for the younger generation because it reminded me a little of a top class hostel.
Great decor, giving the whole place a good vibe.
They even had a corner with doggie treats and water bowls for those travelling with their pets.
Friendly staff, nice clean room with a superb bathroom.
Good bar with a selection of snacks.
I went to see a concert, and they left the bar open for our return, as the hotel was full of concert goers.

Great location, comfortable beds, but most of all, amazing staff! Unfortunately, I did not get the chance to get to know everyone's name so I'll mention the ones that I do know, Margarida and Larisa. They were so accommodating and kind to us (my dog and I). Thank you for a great trip!

Excellent breakfast and the staff were lovely and smiley.
Reception staff again excellent. Very helpful and fun.
We have always stayed at St. Petri when visiting Copenhagen, which is a great hotel, but we fell in love with Nyhavn 71 and its great charm. The location perhaps not as convenient as St. Petri, but worth the extra distance.
