A beautiful setting fir thus superb country style hotel. Th staff were exceptional and the breakfast excellent. We had very good dinners in a restaurant ownered by the same people.

Built in 1853 and right on the picturesque Fürstenweg, a small path leading to Neuschwanstein Castle, Gutshof zum Schluxen enjoys a quiet location in the middle of fields with grazing cows and horses, and Queen Marie von Bayern stayed here with her sons Ludwig and Otto. Füssen and Reutte are only a 10-minute drive away. Gutshof zum Schluxen was an absolute dream! Everything was spotless and perfectly thought out. The owner was so kind and responsive, making us feel truly welcome. We had the best time and are already planning to come back. Deserves more than 5 stars!

Awake each morning to stunning views of the mountains. There is furthermore an extensive garden and your children can be kept entertained at the play area. We loved the area to hike and see popular sights. Having a studio type room was perfect to fix simple meals when we wanted to. It was modern and very clean.

We were so lucky to receive a little upgrade to the Mountain View apartment. Thanks to Mirjam :) She was so friendly and nice. The apartment has everything you need and has a small sauna in the common area. Highly recommended!

Full of everything you could need on a holiday - brand new cutlery and accessories. Even some cooking and cleaning essentials, which was a really nice touch. 50m to supermarket. Additional, the host was extremely accommodating both with check-in and check-out. Our stay was comfortable, stress free and enjoyable. I will certainly be coming back!
