The aparthotel offers a sun terrace. Guests also have access to the Museum of Illusions located in the accommodation building. Everything was great. It's an old building renovated with taste. The surroundings are nice and very calm. It's very clean. Good breakfast. Great value for this price. What I loved the most was the obvious focus on customer experience. We had a dog and when we arrived there was a cushion for her to sleep and bowls ready to use. We also have a small kid who could play on the terrace and with the toys in breakfast room. They embraced perfectly new technology. It's easy to communicate with staff and to enter the building. They are qr codes everywhere to get instructions for the washing machine or connect to wifi. In many hotels where we stayed, you feel like they are only after your money, here they are obviously driven by the objective to please customer. We'll be back.

Located near the center. A few minutes walk uphill from the towns center. Private parking. Large and comfortable rooms. Wonderful view of the town. Breakfast was very nice. A gluten free meal prepared for one of us, which contained a nice variety.

It was exactly what I wanted, a clean, quiet hotel with good facilities. The staff were all very professional and friendly too. Excellent value for money, having the pool and sauna was a real bonus. I had two massages in the spa and they were both very good. There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel, the other guests were friendly and polite, which is important for me travelling solo. It is also in a good location, quiet but near the Singing Fountain and the Collonade.

The spa offers over 30 different procedures from beautifying to physiotherapy. Everything was perfect. Staff, food, rooms. It was amazing how much small details hotel did for our perfect stay. As an example welcoming chocolate for kid, goodbye gifts, etc.

The Restaurant Romance with a summer terrace serves Czech and international cuisine as well as aromatic coffee. Location. Atmosphere. Good restaurant. Very helpful staff. Altogether a lovely hotel. We would definitely book again!
