I stayed at LiV & Co for the second time, and once again I was warmly welcomed from the very first moment. The team is incredibly kind and made me feel completely at home. Everything was perfect, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. It’s such a lovely place that I can’t wait to return again. Highly recommended!

It is situated 700 metres from Saint Lazarus Church and offers a lift. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. When we arrived (April 2025) the apartment had just been refurbished. The smell of fresh paint was still obvious. Quality work top to bottom. Not much of a view from the balcony, but it's nice for a take-out meal or a smoke. Your host is easily reached on WhatsApp. Look into Airalo or some other way of getting phone service. You'll need it to drive, too. Spacious rooms, excellent wifi. Great Cypriot taverna half a block east. Easy walk down to the fort.

The villas were perfect and the property was gorgeous and the private pools were a wonderful bonus. The food at the restaurant was so delicious and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was also able to do yoga twice and the classes taught by Diana were amazing!

The apt. location was brilliant, just a short walk to the beach. There is a lovely Italian brunch restaurant in the same building. The apartment is very bright, clean and quiet, well furnished with a nice design. We really enjoyed our time there. The host was super friendly and gave us many useful programme tips for Larnaca.

Set on the beachfront, this property has a private beach area, a garden and a terrace. The luxury tent features family rooms. I liked everything. The atmosphere is excellent. The hosts are very nice and responded quickly to every question. Definitely a dream place on the beach.
