Comfy clean rooms, nice bathroom, no air but high ceiling with a ceiling fan we were comfortable in february. Hostess was welcoming and accommodating, great breakfast outside. We had a short walk to a Mexican restaurant for dinner. Shuttle to airport not included but the hotel arranged it for us.

Beautiful location, plenty of space to sleep, relax, have meals plus great views. Very helpful staff that visited the house while we were away and prepared fireplace for us after we used wood the day before. Perfect location to explore Savegre forest and this area. In the cottage we found a contact to very good, profesional birdwatching guide.

The pool area and hot tub is great to hang out. This is a great place to relax a little bit outside of the busy streets of San Jose. The staff was great! We were able to have a vegan breakfast. We would have loved to stay longer.
