Owner is awesome, gave us a lot of helpful info and helped us out when we had to figure out what to do with our luggage when we had activities planned for the day we checked out.

Perfect mix between luxury and nature. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was delicious. It’s not clear on here but they also have access by boat to a really remote beach where they have a bar and you can order food from the restaurant for lunch. Will be coming back!

Great, affordable place. Along beach. Only one restaurant that is very close by. Shower had no hot water, but expected for the area. Keep doors and windows closed because many bugs in the area. Nice stay!

Polo has clearly built and handpicked everything in this finca with so much love and dedication. Located deep in the jungle, it offers a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature, with only sounds of the wildlife and a river nearby for a refreshing dip (and weirdly, the WiFi was still one of the fastest I’ve used in Colombia). The food is simply outstanding - the best I’ve had in months of traveling South America. Alvaro, the chef, mostly uses ingredients from the finca’s own farm, creating delicious, well-balanced, and creative dishes. The chocolate tour is a must—easily the best chocolate I’ve had in South America. Everything here feels real, organic, and unforgettable!

With garden views, Serrano Tayrona Lodge is situated in El Zaino and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden and terrace. Paulo and Brunela truly made my stay unforgettable. From helping me arrive at the property to giving excellent advice for planning treks in Tayrona and exploring the surroundings, their support was invaluable. But what really stood out was their kindness and constant good humor, which felt otherworldly. Their cooking is also fantastic! The hotel is exactly as shown in the pictures, and the rooms are fully functional. The cold-water shower wasn’t an issue at all—on the contrary, it was refreshing given the heat. I’ll definitely be coming back to spend more time with this loving couple, whose warmth and care make every moment special. Special mention to patacón (cat), who is as lovely as crazy !

Great hotel in the beautiful nature, everything was lovely, the room was super spacious and comfortable. The facilities were very good, the pool, the bar, the hostel next door is like the little brother of this one, you can go chill there, and it was a bit more social.

The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing. Nature is fused with every corner. Everything here, from the keys to the room to each flavor in the meals, was carefully designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience.. The staff and owners were very friendly and kind with us. The activities and amenities are also worth exploring. I particularly liked the sound of the river by the dining area, the music selection, the comfort of the beds, and above all, the air conditioning!!. Make sure you call in advance to coordinate your arrival.
