The owner researched chargers and offered to go out and buy me one so it was ready for my arrival as I would arrive in the evening and had to work early the next day. It is fantastic value in a great location. Breakfast was lovely with the rooftop view.

Nice cabins (just like in the pictures), friendly staff, room service for any meal you want to have in your room. We had the family cabin with two separate rooms and two bathrooms (which we didn’t expect). You can rent jetskis (order upfront as they bring it from somewhere else but it was there for us within 10 minutes). Don’t hesitate to go to Guatapé though to spend time in the village and on the water. It’s so worth it!

Superb view of the mountains from the room, balcony, and outside the room. The bed was huge. Everything was very comfortable, super clean and gorgeous.

When we arrived, the staff was very friendly and attentive even though they were busy because of other guests checking out. Daniel and Jesus from reception were always looking if we needed anything during our stay and they are really really friendly and always looking to get what we needed. Rooms are well equipped and size is just fine! The overall design of the hotel is another great experience as you can totally forget your daily routine while being here and just relax! Breakfast was great and we also loved the pool and La Deriva restaurant. Out of the hotels that we’ve stayed in Medellin, I can firmly say this is by far the best! You need to live the Click Clack experience.
