First of all, I didn’t realize that Cruz Roja means Red Cross! So, not only you're staying and enjoying your trip, but you’re also helping others at the same time. Secondly, the staff there are amazing people—warm and welcoming. Even though I don’t speak Spanish and they don’t speak English, we were still able to connect and understand each other. The location was perfect for catching an early morning flight since it’s close to the airport. Although, the town itself is quite small. Room was super clean and comfortable. They have AC, wi-fi and provide a tasty breakfast. I would love to stay there again someday.

Such a friendly place set in a beautiful environment with nice friendly hosts. It was such a relaxing place to chill and be with nature. The monkeys and birds are a great spectacle for any one staying here. It is very basic accommodation but I knew that before I arrived so don't expect luxury.

Staff were really friendly and took us on tours into the jungle and down the river to see some wildlife and indigenous communities. The hostel itself is a great place to relax and switch off. The top terrace has a great view over the river, and we even saw monkeys running along the wire just in front of the terrace!

The setting is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by lush jungle, it’s peaceful, clean, and the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Alexander, the owner, and his team were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality was genuine, and they were always happy to help with anything we needed, including tips for exploring the area. The food was excellent, with fresh, local ingredients and great flavors. After long days of jungle adventures, coming back to a delicious meal and a quiet evening under the stars was perfect. If you’re looking for a place to rest, recharge, and experience the Amazon in a comfortable, authentic way, Villa Lilliana is a hidden gem. I’d definitely go back!

Our stay here with Leo and his wife, Elizabeth, exceeded our expectations. The rooms are comfortable and the hammocks are a great way to unwind after a long day. Leo took us on amazing adventures and when conflicts with scheduling happened, he saw to it that we were well taken care of. He speaks some English and we speak some Spanish, but it was only a small obstacle and it didn’t take away from the tours. Leo is incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the area and Elizabeth is an amazing cook. It felt like they had included us as family during our stay. Thank you for taking such great care of us during our adventure. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

The food was local and they adapted to our preferences (my partner is vegetarian), the cabins were comfortable, cozy and we felt at home.
