The Bürgenstock Hotel is located on the piazza, at the heart of the Bürgenstock Resort, next to the Bürgenstock funicular, which takes you down to the shipping pier (connections to Lucerne). I cannot mention anything was bad in the hotel, super perfect. Maybe the only thing that I was sad about is the price was high

The hotel also offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Staying here was truly a memorable experience, made even better by the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us. I was in Lucerne to compete in the Swiss City Marathon, and they graciously prepared an early breakfast to fit my race schedule. Edith at reception was incredibly thoughtful, taking time to calm my nerves and ensuring I had everything I needed for the big day. It was the kind of personal touch that’s rare to find and so appreciated. The hotel’s onsite restaurant and Bistro were constantly buzzing with patrons, a clear indication of their popularity. Although we didn’t get a chance to dine in this time, we’ll definitely be trying them on our next visit. With service and atmosphere this exceptional, we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Lucerne!
