Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. The hotel also offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was quite spacious and very comfortable, providing a relaxing environment to unwind after a long day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they even recommended some local attractions around the area which enhanced my experience.

Couples particularly appreciate the location - the fantastic panoramic path invites you to take wonderful walks. Magnificent location with stunning view from the room. The golf course unfolds in front of your balcony and you can see the lake and the mountains. The room was super clean equipped with everything you may need. Very clean room and spacious, the bathtub was the cherry on the cake.
