It was my birthday, and they surprised me with a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates. That was in addition to the bottle of wine they gave us upon arrival to welcome us to their beautiful hotel.

Inside was also very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook.

I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time. This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.

Villa Principe Leopoldo can be found amid a large park above Lugano, offering panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the mountains, and featuring leisure, sport and wellness facilities, as well as exquisite dining options. WiFi is available for free. We had half pension, which we very much enjoyed. The breakfast was fine.
