The host was extremely friendly and helpful, providing a detailed manual with all the instructions and tips to make our stay smoother. The location is convenient — within walking distance to downtown, about a 16-minute walk to Interlaken West train station, and close to restaurants and a Coop grocery store. The host also provided us with the city guest card, which allowed us to use public buses and travel between Interlaken West and Ost stations for free. Overall, a lovely stay and a great choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Interlaken!

Location is beautiful with a river view at the back side of the apartment. I had an excellent experience with the host Ula. She is fluent in English. Her assistance was unparalleled , making our stay truly enjoyable. From local recommendations to promptly addressing any concerns, their commitment to ensuring a positive experience was evident throughout. Consisting of 3 separate chalets, the CityChalet is located next to the Aare River, 300 metres from the centre of Interlaken. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden or the Jungfrau Massif. Free Wi-Fi is available. I absolutely loved the location and size of this property! It was perfect and very comfortable for our group of 10. The train station is just a short walk away, and having a grocery store only a few meters from the property was super convenient. We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals, which saved us a lot and made our stay feel even more like home. The host was incredibly accommodating and even let us check in earlier than expected. Overall, it was such a wonderful experience—I would highly recommend this place!
