I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

The view from our room (lake-facing) was just amazing. Concierge was knowledgeable. The experience was a great start to our Swiss holiday.
