Beautiful hotel right on the Marktplatz. The staff were so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is very good but there are also many other places close by as well as the market most mornings. We loved it and would return any time.

Everything was sparkling clean, the staff was really nice and helpful, the beds were pretty comfortable and it’s a very cool building. Also, breakfast was nice! - for the meat eaters, it’s a vegetarian breakfast but it was very nice.

the room and shower were so clean. the pillows were soft, so we asked them for a little harder pillow, and they gave us a very good pillow in a 2 minutes🥰 the bed was so comfortable, the size of the room was perfect, and the view was awesome👌 the resepction girls were so friendly and kind and helpful, espical thanks to vivi( I am not sure about the full name😒) she was soooo helpful and always happy to help you🌸🥰 and the best in this hotel was the breakfast👌👌 . the location was perfect, 1 minute walk to the bus and tram station, and also you can walk to the city centre within 15 minutes 👌🥰 Hope we can come to switzerland again and stay in this hotel again 🙏🥰🥰

It has a wonderful location, with friendly staff, they make you feel special from the first entrance. you say I'm glad I came. I've spent a night in the room, as i was traveling for work, and i needed to buy some personal stuff, and Isan (the person who receives you) helped me a lot about where i could find good stores and good prices around the area as she is a local. She's very friendly, and you get a surprise gift after leaving the place!! I would reserve a room again if I'm around.
