The service was impeccable, no request was too much for the amicable front office staff. The beverage station on every floor was a great touch. Previous reviews mentioned the sound of church bells to be disturbing at night, but we found them to be soothing and not inconvenient. Loved the design concept running through the hotel and we look forward to exploring their sister properties.

It was my first experiment at the hostel. And it was amazing, I haven't met such nice staff. This hostel is better than some hotels, it was very stylish, cozy and clean. In the guest room I met many travelers, had a very good time. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

The location is central and easy to reach. Rooms are quite spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a variety of options.

I've spent a night in the room, as i was traveling for work, and i needed to buy some personal stuff, and Isan (the person who receives you) helped me a lot about where i could find good stores and good prices around the area as she is a local. She's very friendly, and you get a surprise gift after leaving the place!! I would reserve a room again if I'm around.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful Basel apartment! We visited with another family, and the space was absolutely perfect for us. The design is modern and stylish, everything is exceptionally well equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of extra toiletries—such a thoughtful touch. The host was truly outstanding: incredibly communicative, always quick to respond, and generously providing detailed answers to all my many questions. They even helped arrange free town transport for our visit, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations in every way.
