Situated in Banff, within 1.9 km of Banff Park Museum and 2 km of The Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies, The Dorothy Motel features accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The property is non-smoking and is located 3.7 km from Cave and Basin National Historic Site. Everything. It looked like whoever designed and furnished the room thought of every little detail. The location was nice, not too far from the attractions but far enough to shield us from the noise and chaos of the main street. It also had a little yard in the middle of the property which was really nice. The “Dorothy” mugs were a hit and even the lemongrass-ginger hand soap too! Also, the lighting in the room was fabulous - lights for reading, overhead light which was dimmable and here is the kicker - lights underneath the beds for added ambiance. Also the room had double curtains for daylight and nighttime. Overall, pretty amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Tunnel Mountain Resort is 3 km from Banff Park Museum and 3.8 km from The Cave and Basin National Historic Site of Canada. Location was amazing we saw deers just in hotel territory, the stuff was understanding, kind and a lot of help. And the loft itself was so good and cozy!
