The rooms are amazing! The view of the city was great. The staff was friendly and took care of us. We enjoyed the room service. We liked the location of the hotel as well because it was nice and close to the Royal Fair, which was our reason to be there.

We discovered the Sutton Place Hotel by chance while driving through Toronto - what a wonderful surprise! The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, spacious, and stylish, with crisp towels, high-quality amenities, and beds that were a 20/10 for comfort. The restaurant was equally impressive—elegant and inviting, serving excellent food. Julian and Sue at reception were professional, welcoming, and exceptionally thoughtful, even surprising us with Prosecco and a chocolate mousse cupcake to celebrate my son's graduation. It was such a memorable and generous gesture. Thank you, Sue and Julian! It’s only a shame we found Sutton Place on the last day of our trip!

Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 9.3 for a two-person trip. We stayed for a friends birthday and right upon entering felt like queens. We received and upgraded room and champagne and cake waiting there for us. The front desk greeters were kind and helpful, gave us a glass of champagne to take with us up to the room. And help was only a text away if we needed. The room was dark and quiet at night. Everything was clean. Beds were super comfy. And the heated floors in the bathroom was icing on the cake. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto.

Various cocktails and appetizers can be enjoyed at dbar and in-room dining is available 24-hours a day. The room is huge and luxurious. It’s a bit expensive, but it’s excellent value for the price!

Bishop’s Block, a heritage landmark, is located behind this hotel. The Distillery Historic District is about 3 km away. The CN Tower is 1 km away. Parking is available with surcharge and includes in/out privileges. Very friendly staff, excellent location, great restaurant

A flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player are featured in each room at Hotel le Germain Maple Leaf Square. Each room is equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities and a fridge. A minibar is included. Loved that you could access SBA without going outside. Absolutely love having longos in same building. We grabbed hot food and cold beer and enjoyed relaxing! Valet parking was great!

A key location, the hotel is in close proximity to the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport and iconic city highlights like CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, The Rogers Center, Scotiabank Arena, Hockey Hall of Fame, The Princess of Wales Theatre and Roy Thompson Hall (the official venue host for Toronto International Film Festival - TIFF). I never leave reviews but Ritz Carlton truly deserves this. Fantastic rooms with fantastic service. I wish I could just live there.
