Tasteful, well designed, high-quality service, great location, and love the little perks like bus tickets, soap choices, robes, coffee and tea options, and of course, paddle handles, delicious cafe in the lobby. Love the photos in the hallway, very thoughtful of keeping hotel visitors busy and entertained. Thank you, it was a great and enjoyable time while we were there. The only thing I would consider adding is a pair of sleepers, especially during winter time. Not everyone is traveling with one, and people were wearing their boots or going barefoot around the hotel and in the pool area. Also, fix the elevator, as it was going extremely slow or stopping/missing floors.

The property is allergy-free and is located 1 km from Calgary Telus Convention Centre. Lovely avant-garde techy decor and room controls. Extremely comfortable and well thought out spaces. Very relaxing lobby area, great atmosphere, variety of seating options and pool table or board games. Staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Underground car park with fast easy access to lobby. Thoroughly enjoyed meeting up with friend here. Bar access at one end and cafe at other. Fully recommended!

Spacious chalets and suites offer comfortable living areas that feature a fireplace. Full kitchens and kitchenettes are provided. Each suite boasts wood panelling and a log cabin design. Amazing location, in the woods by a creek. Very close to Lake Louise on one side, and Johnston Canyon on the other. The Family Bungalow is perfect for 2+2, has a fireplace, nicely equipped kitchen etc. We'd definitely stay there again.

This location is the best among all of them! Simple easy check in, beautiful room with a very comfortable bed, fantastic location in University District with ample dining options, just a great experience.

The property is 1.1 km from Calgary Tower, and within 500 metres of the city centre. I loved the beautiful detail they put into the rooms. Absolutely stunning. This hotel is definitely a gem. The bed was very comfortable as well. I also like how they put automatic under mount lighting on the night stands and bathroom vanity. Very convenient for when you have to use the washroom in the middle of the night. The comfort level and cleanliness were spot on as well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The gentlemen who checked us in was the most friendly, welcoming and accommodating front desk clerk I’ve ever come across. This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back.
