The place is very comfortable, with air conditioning and beautiful balconies, and great view in the beach front rooms. It is also close to many restaurants, a grocery store, and a laundry service. We enjoyed the beach, the onsite pool, and food recommendations from the staff.

Located in Placencia Village, a few steps from Seine Bight Beach, Villas at Playa de Coco provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The accommodation offers a private beach area and a range of water sports facilities, as well as a terrace and a bar. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. We LOVED our 4 nights at playa de coco, all fantastic. We had a majesty suite which was HUGE and had a massive private terrace. The suite is one of 4 rooms that shares a private pool (and self catering facilities, including a washing machine which was useful). The view from the room and terrace were picture perfect. Beach was kept immaculate (raked each day), loungers under cabanas, had it pretty much to ourselves, and has a lovely deck into the water. Free kayaks and paddleboards. We went for a kayak and were joined by a pair of manatees swimming along with us; really magical. All staff; managers; restaurant and housekeeping were fantastically friendly and helpful. We met the owner too, lovely and interesting guy. Restaurant is on the roof terrace for more of the same great view … Room was quiet and bed was very comfy. The suite had a dressing room, little bunk room, enormous shower / bathroom plus an outdoor shower area, (and coffee machine 😊) . Running out of superlatives here .. 😂 the best bit is we’re going back next week!

With a restaurant, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Guests can have a drink at the bar. Absolutely the best boutique hotel we stayed at in Belize! Everything at Kalimera Beach is so thoughtfully designed — from the moment we arrived, we felt more like family than guests. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their attention to detail makes the stay unforgettable. You get ice for your drinks or to make a refreshing iced coffee (which became our daily ritual). There’s a water tap in front of each room to rinse the sand off your feet before going inside — a small but brilliant touch. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and you can tell a lot of love and care goes into everything here. There are hammocks, a beach gym, paddleboards, kayaks, and games — it’s literally impossible to get bored. The absolute highlight? Sipping an iced coffee while relaxing in a hammock right by the beach, watching the waves roll in. Sometimes you even get a fresh coconut! They also organized an incredible tour for us to Laughing Bird Caye — it was breathtaking, and we even saw a shark! We truly loved every second of our stay. Kalimera Beach is a place you arrive as a guest and leave feeling like part of the family. Can’t recommend it enough!

Located in Placencia Village, 200 metres from Placencia Beach, Alux House has an outdoor swimming pool and rooms with free WiFi access. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features family rooms. Loved the location and the staff. Got an early checkin as two of our party was sick. Was so wonderful that our request was accommodated.

Coral Cove Inn has a garden, a private beach area and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Maya Beach. A few steps from Maya Beach, the inn offers a bar and water sports facilities. There is a barbecue and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Really enjoyed. Staff was very friendly.

Simberts Apartments features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Maya Beach, 300 metres from Maya Beach. Featuring luggage storage space, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. Featuring a private entrance, the apartment allows guests to maintain their privacy. The best thing about the property was the privacy and the lovely garden location! You could be entirely independent and cook your own food using the fully equipped kitchen, or you could head out to nearby restaurants. You could also relax outside in the peaceful garden area and watch the wildlife. I would especially recommend this property for those who are remote working or need some peace during their holiday or trip.

It offers an outdoor pool, an international restaurant and stylish air-conditioned suites with free WiFi. Location on a lovely beach, spacious, well equipped and clean apartment, food in the restaurant and pizzeria are excellent, free shuttle to Placencia town, free airport shuttle, golf cart and bike hire, helpful staff

Facing the beachfront in Placencia Village, Itz'ana Resort & Residences has a bar and a garden. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The resort features family rooms. A blend of modern facilities with Colonial and Caribbean vibes, which make the place really beautiful. The rooms are spacious with a great terrace (ours overlooked the pool). The infinity pool is stunning, surrounded by palm trees and gardens with birds, gibnuts and iguanas roaming free. The beach area is great too. The whole place is quiet too which felt like we had the place just for us. Food was good, although it could have been better (see below).
