Excellent hotel, it looks brand new. Very attentive staff. At Hotel Franco we had the most comfortable bed on our trip. We even overslept a little. The views from the window and the rooftop bar are wonderful.

And when checking out, the receptionist spoke excellent English <3

Amazing bedroom and staff was very kind and attempt! The location is super convenient in terms of being close to everything, although the Batel district is really not picturesque so it depends what you're looking for. But the hotel was great and I would recommend and go again for sure. The room was just great, spacious and beautiful furniture, amazing shower with super strong pressure and very aesthetic overall. Also mega smart tv!

Very nice personnel that cares about the guests. I liked the room and the fact it was well prepared for a person on wheelchair - everything spacious and easy accesible. Everything very clean. The pool was good. The breakfast was good - I like yogurt and granola, and they had high-quality granola with lots of nuts! The location is good for visiting the mall. You literally walk across the street, and you're in the food court.
