Lots of natural light and central heating made our stay in January cosy. The location is well-connected and close to supermarkets.

The owners are wonderful helpful people, and assisted me throughout my stay. We have recently purchased a property in the next village. Without their assistance and perseverance, l would have never managed to do the things l needed to achieve in the week l was with them. The meals provided were excellent and the accommodation was very good. There was nothing that they wouldn't do and went far and beyond their remit. Thank you. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We love the big table, and being able to cook in the small kitchen. Plamena and her daughter are also really helpful hosts, always on hand if we need anything extra like towels. Easy access with the lockbox. It's also so centrally located, there's a great bakery round the corner and the city centre is 5 mins away.

Situated in the protected area of Kaylaka Park, Park Hotel Kaylaka is surrounded by a peaceful natural scenery. Landscaped garden includes a fountain and a bridge. Renovated old hotel with history. Very clean. In the town park, fresh air, quiet place. The menu in the restaurant is perfect. The staff in the hotel and restaurant is very polite.

The room nice colours, it was very tidy and completely. There was everything that someone might need. The communication with the owner was easy and good - only through booking chat. It as easy to park very close and the neighbours were nice. Overall I had a pleasant stay.
