Villa Flavia is without a doubt the most lovely place I’ve ever stayed in my life. It is a thoughtfully appointed boutique hotel, built above a restored Roman bath (which you can visit), has an incredible roof terrace, amazing breakfast, rooms that are modern, immaculate and fit for royalty and an excellent location. What really sets it apart however is it’s heart. Each person who works there cares so deeply about your enjoyment, they are beautiful, genuine people with such earnest. I’ve never experienced service like it. Personal mention to Vasil who shook our hand each morning and beamed the biggest smile. This was a special stay for us, a honeymoon/anniversary. I wanted to stay in a place we could come back to celebrate for many years in the future. We found that place. If you have got this far in my review and are looking to book - just book, don’t hesitate. Truly outstanding.

I have been to different countries and stayed at various hotels. This hotel was the cleanest and the most comfortable with a stunning view and great, extremely hospitable, welcoming owners. If you plan to visit Rudozem, this is the hotel that you should definetly stay at. It is in a couple of walking distance to the Town Center and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for about 8 nights and each day I felt so much rested and refreshed.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, very close to the places we wanted to visit, which made everything easy and convenient. The private parking with access card was a big plus and very helpful. Communication with the hosts was excellent – they were always responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly.
