We are surrounded by beauty in the hotel all the time. Our room has direct access to the outdoor heated pool which was great.The maids are wonderful!

Combining traditional Bulgarian architecture with modern facilities, the Four Points by Sheraton Bansko enjoys a convenient location close to the gondola lift in Bansko. The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. A spectacular location and we were able to ski directly to the door of the boot room. Huge choice at breakfast and laid out really nicely on the buffet, with the choice of breakfast served to you at the table. Rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were roomy too, with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.

On the edge of town which I personally like so it’s away from the crowds and noise yet 10-15 mins walk to the center. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and filled with thoughtful touches. Thank you for the welcome fruit and water! I also want to specifically thank you for providing the dedicated workspace — I used it and found it to be absolutely perfect. The view from the terrace is awesome in any time. Whenever it is morning or evening — the view is stunning: you can clearly see the city’s buildings and streets with the majestic mountains creating a perfect background. A small detail that made a huge impact was the clock on the wall that says: “Just Give it a time.” This simple message resonated, and I truly will — I will definitely come back!
