The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.

Rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were roomy too, with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.

Situated in Bansko and only 600 metres from Holy Virgin Church, Deers features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. It is located 800 metres from Bansko Municipality and provides private check-in and check-out. The guest house has family rooms. We spent only a night over there and it was worth the price overall. It was clean apartment, some things are renewed, some things are outdated. Bed was comfortable and we rested well. That is exactly what we were looking for.
