Beautifully situated on a south hillside of Pirin mountain, the hotel has lovely park zones, unique architecture and SPA center with thermal water from own spring. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. We had an amazing stay at Ruskovets Resort. The food was excellent, every breakfast and dinner was different, always fresh, and very tasty. The room was amazing, very spacious, with a separate living room, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The service was excellent and the staff were very kind and professional. The pool area was amazing, especially for kids. They have a separate children’s pool with warm water, which was perfect and made our stay even more enjoyable as a family. The resort is very close to Bansko, just a 6–7 minute drive, making it the best choice if you want to visit Bansko but stay somewhere peaceful and comfortable. We will definitely come again and highly recommend Ruskovets Resort.

The property is a perfect starting point both for ski lovers and those wanting to explore the historical old town of Bansko. The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.

Apart from the futon bed, which was not comfortable at all, everything else was great. The staff was excellent, the spa facilities were superb and the food was of top quality.

I had electricity problems with my room, however the staff was fantastic and made my stay really wonderful, and everything was good in the end.

It is located 800 metres from Bansko Municipality and provides private check-in and check-out. The guest house has family rooms. We spent only a night over there and it was worth the price overall. It was clean apartment, some things are renewed, some things are outdated. Bed was comfortable and we rested well. That is exactly what we were looking for.

We stayed in January, we received such a warm welcome from the host who brought us to the ski chalet room we were staying in. Such a cosy place heating on when we arrived downstairs was a sitting room with dining area and a kitchen and bathroom upstairs was two bedrooms and two bathrooms which were very comfortable and quiet. The shower was powerful with lots of hot water and towels supplied. We had dinner in oscars restaurant attached to the hotel where are host was the chef. Such beautiful decor and a great menu the food was delicious and he had a great knowledge of wines and he does wine tasting and tours during the year. The host also was so helpful with our luggage and has ski storage available also five star for service by this hotel
