Furniture is a bit outdated but it has a lot of storage, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you need (no washing machine though). It has a balcony overseeing the city and station (but there is no noise whatsoever) where we took our meals and relaxed. A lot of security doors at the entrance. Wifi works pretty well too. The host was super in reaching out, providing information and tips. Train station is across the road, so super easy to reach and move around and to go to city center.

He himself came in twice to check if everything is good. Even if he was away, he was in touch with us via text messages. It is located in one of the most convenient places. We rented a car, but the tram is right in front of the property and the train is only about 5 min away. I wish we contacted David to reserve a parking spot in the property - we thought it is part of the reservation, but not. Parking was a bit difficult, specially if you don't speak/read the language!
