The studio is small but for a single person had enough space to never feel cramped. The rooms are well designed in the layout with a wardrobe and small desk as well as a kitchen and dining area with cooking pans, plate, utensils to make regular meals. The bathroom has a shower and nice vanity and again well designed with plenty of light. A free laundry area is available on the first floor as well as a gym. Staff are very helpful. Wi-fi was excellent. The hotel is walking distance to the CBD and popular Smith Street restaurants and nightlife as well as Fitzroy and Treasury Gardens.

Beds were very comfortable. Being able to feed the birds was a plus for good experience. Won’t hesitate to book again.

I was one of the first guests to stay at this new listing, and I am completely blown away. I'm almost hesitant to write this review because I want to keep this gem to myself! As I told the host, this apartment genuinely feels like a luxury hotel that would easily cost $1000 a night. The value for the price is insane. My number one factor for any stay is cleanliness, and this apartment was immaculate. It's clear the host takes immense pride in keeping it spotless. Everything is brand new, and the amenities are perfect. The shower is amazing, and having a proper coffee machine, dishwasher, and complimentary snacks was a fantastic touch. The host was super helpful, and the check-in instructions were crystal clear and made finding the place simple. The bed was so comfortable that I "crashed" and had one of the best sleeps I've had in ages. And that view... just incredible. I'm already planning my next trip back and will 100% be booking this apartment again. This is my new go-to spot, without a doubt. An A++ experience I can't recommend highly enough
