If you're planning a visit to the Wachau Valley, this is probably the best place. Be sure to book your stay with breakfasts, which are delicious. Truly world-class. Breakfast was served on the terrace overlooking the Danube. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. In the evening, after returning from exploring the valley, we enjoyed a pleasant time on the terrace with a glass of local wine. Highly recommended!

The suit we stayed was modern and specious. Well equipped, even with tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was better than expected great selection and perfectly cooked eggs! Just at the edge of the old town center. Helpful staff. All in all a very good experience. Perfect place to explore the Wachau region.

Set beside a lake and the river Danube, there's nice woody lake walk right outside the door, the food was delicious and the owner was very attentive. Breakfast was delightful too. Very pleased we stayed here and would happily stay again. Nice cosy place with a warm homely feeling.

Set directly on the riverbank of the Danube, the family-run Gasthof Haselberger offers scenic views of the surrounding landscape. The restaurant serves home-made cuisine and local wine.

We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival and we were able to store our bikes in the garage. We had a lovely room with a view over the Danube and a balcony. Beds were really comfortable and the shower was great. We were the only guests (as it was Sunday night) but we still had a full breakfast laid out for 2. We ate in the restaurant which was fine. The menu is very limited though. Overall, a lovely stay.
