Amazing hotel with a wonderful view of the Alps. I was incredibly surprised. The room was absolutely perfect, the shower and toilet were clean and it smelled good. The possibility to choose what I want for breakfast is a big +. In the room is the opportunity to have tea, coffee. Overall I am 100% satisfied and will definitely come back for a longer stay. There is a huge amount of activities in the area.

We loved every single thing about this property and this place. The flat is so beautiful - located just above a wine bar, across the road from a bakery, and (literally) a stone's throw from Lake Traunsee - and yet it is not noisy. It is impeccably clean, slept family of 4 comfortably. Philip was so easy to communicate with - he answered emails immediately. If you're driving, worry not - you can drive the car to the flat to drop off your suitcases, then Phillip gave me the map-pin-drop to the free parking - only a 7 minute walk away. IF you are a sleeper who likes pitch-black, take a sleeping mask b/c there is a street light outside the primary bedroom window that stays on overnight. Gmunden was stunning - definitely our favourite part of our Austrian holiday.

From this house and location, we got maximum satisfaction. We felt completely at home – everything necessary is provided, and even more. During our journey, our car had a flat tire, and the owner helped us find a service center and booked us in for repair. Very clean, spacious, well decorated room with good taste. The location is very convenient. Parking could be a little tricky, but we managed to find a free space to park nearby in summer season.
