We had a lovely room with a view of the airport. The bed was super comfortable, there was a big tv with lots of channels, which was great as we both were feeling unwell. Good shower too. The airport is a stroll away. Downstairs there is a restaurant where we had a fresh tasting asian style tofu soup. Just what the dokter ordered.

They went out of their way for a very unusual request I made when I asked the staff to buy a special book for me that I wouldn’t have been able to get myself during my visit. The reception had the book waiting for me to check in. I was so pleased to have it at last : it could not have been possible without the hotel staff. Thank you so much !

Staff are incredible and so good. I came from australia and could not tell you how nice the staff are. And the food was great. If they had room service I think I was have eaten there 6 times a day. Thanks for everything.

Stayed here for the Sziget festival. The hotel is new. Room was clean, as well as bathroom. Location is not in the centre, but close to the metro station, it was easy to get wherever we wanted. However it was easy to get from the airport here by the public transport. Bus terminal was nearby as well, which was perfect for us. Staff was friendly

We had a really nice stay at Hotel Oktogon! The location worked out perfectly for us, very central and close to many cafes/restaurants. Budapest was beautiful at Christmas time. The hotel itself was beautifully renovated, with a great fitness area and sauna. The room was super comfortable and clean, we were sad to have to leave! Would definitely recommend for Budapest.

Location is brilliant. Personnel were very kind, food was good enough, it was clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable, lot of light in the room, mini coffee machine and tea available 24/7. Inner yard is wonderful.
