Floor-to-ceiling windows are a prominent feature of Hotel Huber Hochland’s fitness and relaxation rooms which provide panoramic views of the Bannwald Forest and surrounding Maurach countryside. Most rooms have a balcony. Beautiful clean room with a balcony. Very good location. Breakfast and evening meal were outstanding. We hiked the Alderweg trail. This was unexpectidly one of the best hotels in the 2 weeks

Fürstenhaus Am Achensee is a 4-star superior hotel located right on the shore of Lake Achen, offering panoramic views of the Alps. The 3,000 m² spa area features indoor and outdoor pools with mountain views, various massage showers, and a large hot tub right above the lake. I have stayed in many hotels but this one was the best of all. Not only because of the magical location of the shore of Achensee and embraced by mountains but also because of the facilities, the staff and the food. Let's start with the room: this is the first hotel room where bathroom and toilet are separated. Fantastic idea! The room was spotless clean and the cleaning staff deserve a big applause! The room was silent, well isolated. The walls are not paper thin, you can barely hear anything from outside. It even has a balcony which is also not common. The spa facilities are huge and well-maintained, offering a wide range of possibilities. The food in the restaurant is fantastic, the staff super helpful and costumer oriented. The staff deserves all the recognition they can get, they are the ones carrying the hotel on their shoulders and you can see that they are working real hard.

Everything exceeded expectations on an exceptional scale. The location was stunning, the breakfast delightful, and the sun terrace a perfect spot to relax. The staff were truly wonderful—so friendly and welcoming, it’s hard to imagine such a concentration of kind people in one place. This charming boutique hotel, nestled in the beautiful Austrian mountains with easy access to the lake, is a true gem.

The property is non-smoking and is located 800 metres from Jochlift. A perfect place to stay on a perfect location. The staf was very friendly and helpful (special thanks to Jasmine and Naomi). And not to forget the breakfast, thats perfect.

The property also offers accommodation for disabled guests. I recently stayed in this furnished apartment and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, close to local shops, public transport, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen, clean linens, and functional appliances. It’s a new brand apartment.

Seriously everything. It is so well maintained and so comfortable. They put thought into every detail and have created a wonderful escape. The customer service was also exceptional. They make you feel very welcome
