Immediately upon arrival, our stay was made more pleasant by the lady at the reception, who was very nice, helpful and full of energy. For the price I paid, it was unbelievable what I could use in the hotel, a wonderful wellness area outside and inside, and fitness center and also a garage. the suite was very huge and had a very beautiful view on the mountains. we will definitely come back again soon. thank you

This is a fabulous hotel. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was sensational. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. They even had gluten-free toast which is hard to find in Spain.

Hospitality as it should be. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, but could access the room free of additional charge. Fruit in the room, welcome drink, and lots of suggestions for us to visit, do and see. Valet parking available. Room is spacious and luxurious, beds very comfortable and bathroom impressive. Hotel is located in the city centre so everything in walking distance. Spa has been renovated and a great place to disconnect.

Fantastic hostel/hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was massive with plenty of storage space, a large and comfortable bed, a big TV and a great en-suite bathroom with a hot waterfall shower. The shared spaces are extensive too, though the kitchen itself would be a bit of a squeeze if the place was full. Arinsal itself is very small so nothing is more than 10 minutes walk away, even in ski boots, but KY was far enough away from the noisier bars in the very centre of town and sound proofed enough that we slept well (and I am a very sensitive sleeper!) Would definitely recommend!
