Els Llacs has a well-equipped fitness centre, and a spa with hot tub and saunas. Everything was perfect. Super friendly staff, comfortable apartment, nice views on the mountains, great facilites, convenient location. We’ve stayed there for a week and will definitely stay again. It’s a wonderful hotel near the shopping center of Andorra la Vella, and it was a fantastic experience. Despite being close to the city’s bustling shopping district, the hotel is tucked away from the traffic, offering a peaceful retreat. The views of the surrounding mountains were absolutely breathtaking – a perfect backdrop for relaxation especially when we were using the spa. The hotel’s staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making sure every need was met. The facilities were spotless, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Highly recommend!

Within walking distance to nearby tourist attractions, such as the Tibetan Bridge, if you enjoy hiking and do not have a car, otherwise it’s located near the stop in Canillo where busses takes you directly to these sites as well. The apartment was clean, in good condition and had good beds. The place looks true to the photos. Communication with the owners was easy and smooth. Very friendly service. Will absolutely return when I get the chance
