Very original place with a good vibe! Xavier (the owner) will make your stay special. You won’t be bored with him as he has plenty to offer and will perfectly organise your stay in the area. He has a lot of animals in the surroundings. Definitely place for dog lovers (he has plenty of them). Moreover, he cooks delicious meals himself! Worth to mention that we’ve got upgraded :)

This cottage is very cute and comfortable, it had everything we needed, it is very calm since it is in the middle of a big, secure property (we can even see impalas from the terrace, as well as an amazing sunset on the Blyde River Canyon mountains), and the owner was very nice and helpful, we felt at home and would have enjoyed staying even longer.

We had a fantastic time at Kamoka camp. The scenery was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. In the area, there are lots of animals walking around. The tiny house exactly matched the pictures and Camilla was a great host. Additionally, Camilla showed us the work that she does for the NGO just around the corner of Kamoka camp, where wounded animals are being cared for and the local population is being taught about the animals, the environment and more. The pool there was a nice extra to cool off, as it got quite hot… We would definitely recommend the accommodation. Thanks again Camilla for the great time!

Francis, the owner is the most attentive, efficient and friendly person and also organised transfers and extra activities, like a day trip to Kruger, at incredibly fair prices. Many thanks for that. All her team is amazing! Special mention goes to Gert, the guide, is the nicest person and kindest soul, remarkably skilled, knowledgeable and professional, true well of information about animals and wild life, deeply passionate about his work and with a flair like he comes right from a Hollywood Golden Age movie! Good location for various day-trips in the area. We ate at the restaurant both evenings and although the service was a bit slow (as seems normal in South Africa), the food was good. The breakfast was fantastic. They give you a generous credit towards whatever you want on the menu.

The room was lovely, big and clean. everything was arranged when we got there. we checked it late and the managers waited for us and he was so helpful and kind.
