We stayed at Dar Amane for one night on our way to the Kruger passing through the Panoramic Road. The place is well located close to God’s Window and is a haven of peace. The room was stunning with a private deck where a delicious breakfast was served. Henry and his staff were lovely and very helpful, he even booked us a table for dinner as they don’t have a restaurant. We would definitely recommend!

We spent two nights there to do the Panorama Route. Sean is a gem. He was super helpful at all times. Great breakfast; he even made us a duck egg omelet from the garden so we could try it. Carla, Sean’s mother, is the cook at their restaurant, so the atmosphere is very homely and welcoming. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

The place was exactly as it was in the photos, no surprises. Everything was there and the whole “in the forest” aesthetic is really beautiful.
