The owner really taking good care of us by allowed us left our backpack at the homestay early in the morning (arrived around 7am) & refreshen up ourselves there where you can use their bathroom with good shower. Love the spacious & clean room. Got our breakfast at their restaurant & highly resommended!

I stayed here for three nights. These were the best few days of my entire Vietnam trip. The scenery of the Sapa valley here is excellent. The host Su and her family at the homestay are very warm and helpful, and communication is smooth. Every evening, we had dinner with friends from all over the world, sharing our travels and getting to know each other.

Our experience at Hmong Sister House was a delightful blend of culinary exploration and social connection. The Buffalo trek allowed us to immerse ourselves in Hmong culture, but it was the authentic local dishes that truly captivated our taste buds. From the aromatic pho to the crispy spring rolls, each dish was a testament to Vietnam's culinary heritage. Gathering around the communal table, we realized that food was not only a source of nourishment but also a bridge to forging new friendships. The house is a little far from the center of Sapa but easy to travel to the town. This minor inconvenience was overshadowed by the connections and cherished moments we formed at the homestay. The water pressure fluctuations were like gentle reminders of the natural flow of experiences, adding a unique rhythm to our stay.

We chose here because of the reviews. And it didn't disappoint. The receptionist-owner, the host is very friendly and guide us to our room. Gave lots of suggestions. The breakfast, honestly, they have options and service to cook you an omelet. It's simple but I'd say it's better than most 3 star home and maybe even some of the 4 stars.

This is without doubt the best hotel in Sapa! The staff was super helpful at all times, the breakfast amazing and the room was perfect, good beds with the best views in town. We were pleasantly surprised with how welcoming and cozy everything felt. They helped us with our taxis, our schedules and even gave us umbrellas when we needed them! Also, bonus point, the bathroom was big and super clean with everything we needed. Would definitely repeat.

We absolutely loved our stay at July House! The location couldn't be more perfect – just a few steps away from the lake, offering stunning views and easy access to strolls. It's also incredibly convenient for exploring Sapa, with the market nearby and the cable car station within easy reach. Plus, there are plenty of fantastic restaurants surrounding the hotel, so you'll never run out of dining options. Our room was beautiful, designed with a distinct Sapa style that really captured the essence of the region. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the hand-embroidered brocade that added a unique local flair. And a major bonus, especially after a day of exploring, was the elevator – a definite convenience in Sapa! What truly made our stay exceptional was the friendly and welcoming staff. They were all very helpful and spoke excellent English, making communication a breeze. A special shout-out to Eric, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We highly recommend July House for anyone visiting Sapa. You won't be disappointed!

The family is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. They have some really cute and friendly dogs and cats on the property. It’s a nice cosy home stay not too far out from town but by a nice rice terrace so you have a beautiful view.

The house, view, host family, and staff are amazing. I arrived early, and they got my room ready as soon as the previous guest checked out so I could check in early. There are dogs and cats, so you must be animal friendly and better not allergic, but they all are nice and like pets.
