Breakfast didn't have a lot of options, but what was available was excellent. Everything else however, was fantastic. The property is huge and very green. The huts were also very comfortable and very modern on the inside.

The place is really beautiful. Great room and a garden with stunning views and a great pool with a jacuzzi. Every evening you can order a very good breakfast for the next day with also fruits. You can also rent a scooter to discover the beautiful nature and go to town. But the best are the owners Lily and her husband Mr. Long. You can ask them anything and they are really lovely people. Mr. Long also owns a great restaurant in Ninh Binh with very good food and beer, definitley check it out if you can! Thanks for the great stay Lily and Mr. Long. Hope to see you again in the future and say hi to your beautiful doughter ❤️

We traveled around Vietnam, changed several hotels and this is the best place where we stayed! New beautiful hotel, new clean rooms, with large comfortable beds, clean towels, bed linen, there were even robes! Hot water with good pressure. There is a swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast is prepared for each guest of his choice, very tasty. Free bicycles from the hotel. The hotel rented us motobikes and helped us buy bus tickets. Incredibly friendly staff. They met us before check-in and took us to the bus. After check-out, they allowed us to take bikes and take a shower, gave us tea. They told us in detail what was best to see. The hotel exceeded all our expectations, considering such a pleasant price for the room. There is a construction site not far from the hotel. This is the only minus. It did not bother us. And all the hotels also had construction sites nearby, this is normal for Vietnam We really wanted to stay longer, but other places were waiting for us. Thank you very much for such a pleasant time in your hotel, we really hope to come back.

Oh, how I wish I could stay here for longer. Tucked away across a causeway, amongst the waterways of Tam Coc… this lush haven is suitably far from the neon of the centre of town… but only a short and enjoyable walk. The breakfast was substantial, and the rooms nice and big. It is simple, but lovely.

We loved our stay! The property is modern and exceptionally clean. It felt like we might have been the first people to sleep in the bungalow—everything was completely new! The bungalows are very spacious, the beds are super comfortable, the shower was fantastic, and even the hairdryer was amazing. 😅 The location is perfect: you can reach restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk while still enjoying the quiet, relaxing atmosphere by the little lake. But the most amazing part is the owners—they were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a property in this area, look no further—we would come back anytime!

I recommend this homestay 100%! I was warmly welcomed by Lan and her husband who did everything to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The homestay is new, very clean, and has a great garden and a large swimming pool. In addition, the food is excellent, whether for breakfast or for the meal. The location is also perfect, a few minutes from Tam Coc (possibility to rent scooters and bikes on site, very practical!) Thank you Lan for everything you have done for us, we will never forget these moments spent with you and your family!! I will miss you ❤️
