We stayed in Hue for only one night, however our experience with Purple Hue was very good. The location was very convenient. Lee was always extremely helpful and friendly and was a highlight of our stay! He provided us with a google maps link that gave recommended sights, restaurants and locations of services such as ATMs etc which was very helpful. The room was clean and had a large comfortable bed. Lee allowed us to store our bags after check out while we toured around Hue. Overall, the hotel gave far more than the cost would suggest and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hue!

Perfect location very central but quiet and very clean rooms. Kim and her husband are amazing host and gave us recommendations to visit the city and places to eat. The breakfast was also very nice. We extended our stay for an extra night as everything was so great.

Even before my trip is started, I contacted the hotel, but all replies came without any delay. Every morning, I choose local delicacies as my breakfast and all are delicious. The room is facing a patio, creating a relaxed atmosphere, The room is spacious and well-equipped. There are complimentary mineral waters and coffee/tea. 30 minutes walking distance from the Citadel, which how we feel.........convenient location or far distance ? Since the hotel is located inside the old town, even while walking I could peek daily life of the locals, which is amazing for me.

Unforgettable experience. Everything was perfect, from the members of the staff to the surrounding area and the facilities of the hotel. My friend Phuong , the hotel manager, always available to help us and resolve any issues. One rainy night I wanted to go downtown, I asked a member of the staff to call a taxi but he was offered to go by himself with his motorbike and buy the items I needed. An attitude that really impressed me. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Hue, just on the banks of river Perfume, immersed in green but only 3 kilometres from the city centre, only 2 Euros by taxi. Next time in Hue I will be staying there again.

We liked the location and the nice view from our balcony to the lake next to the accommodation. Only a few steps from the walls of the Imperial City. There are local cafés grocery stores, and restaurants next to the homestay. It's a really quiet location in Hué, good for resting after arriving from Saigon. Hué is beautiful.
