The studio is located near Westlake of Hanoi and is pretty calm – as far as you can find a calm place in Hanoi. With Grab you are within 15 – 20 minutes in Old Town. The Studio is super clean including the bathroom. Beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has enough equipment to prepare some meals. Refrigerator, kettle and washing machine in the Studio too! We have been located on the seventh floor, nice few from there. A big Plus and an extra star is for the communication with the owner via WhatsApp. Fast reply, perfect English (which is very helpful!) and whatever you need: just text a message, reply comes within a few minutes. We have been to SamSam Studio Apartement twice and in sum we spent 12 nights there. When you are seeking a place a bit off the noises, parties and karaoke bars: Highly recommended!

The location was perfect! Walking distance to everything that is worth visiting. Beside the location, the owner was really helpful, both when it comes to carrying up heavy luggage but also free water every day and fruit on our long busride. Always helpful. If me and my friends ever go back to Hanoi, we will not hesitate a second to come back! Love this place, value for the money. Suited us perfectly since we are traveling on a budget. He also let us leave our big luggage all day after we had checked out so that we didnt have to carry it around the city. The room was simple but clean and had everything we needed.

Mrs Spring was incredibly helpful in all aspects of our stay - she accommodated us and informed us of interesting facts of Hanoi, useful tips around the city and streets, as well as organising tours and transfers without us having to even ask. We had for the end of our two weeks trip a wonderful last day in Amaya. The place is very nice, very well integrated with the nature. The cooking is very well prepared, one of the best restaurant of you trip. Pool water comes from the hills, without use of chemical product. It is so relaxing place. And location is close to the airport. Service is really kind ful. And at 15 min by walk, a heritage place worth to be visited.
