The appartment is very nice and clean. It has a lot of extra equipment feeling like coming home. It has large and well-equiped kitchen. There is a selection of tea and coffee available for the fist night. The beds are very good.

This hotel was perfect - well-located in downtown Syracuse, quiet, clean, and with friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was large, with 2 comfortable beds as we had requested, plus a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom had 2 showerheads with great pressure, which was a treat! Everything was clean and user-responsive. There was tea, coffee and water at all times in the lobby - much appreciated. The breakfast had a good selection, including fresh fruits, muffins, breads of various sorts, oatmeal and waffles you could make fresh. I enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return!

Breakfast was in an american style so worth to keep it in mind when traveling from Europe. Welcome drink was a nice surprice. Our room was big, clean and very comfortable. Hotel is located near to highway junctions which was also a "pro" for us.

I had classic salmon platter - delicious! My husband said the garbage plate was also good! Overall my review is outstanding for the hotel staff most especially April! She was the most hospitable, kindest and knowledgeable staff! All of the staff so far are very accommodating! The hotel room is so nice, very clean and amenities are updated!! Very highly recommended!!

The breakfast was good - just what we needed to start our day. Coffee was perfect. Daniella's Steak House was excellent where we ate Monday Night - January 16th. Our Server Denise was so nice and helpful. The Desk Clerk Nobel was extremely helpful and very pleasant.
