Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious but it was bit on the cold side even with the aircon on (it was a corner room and there we strong winds), bed was comfy, the bathroom was smaller and the ceiling was quite low for me (but I am quite tall). Breakfast was good. Overall a good experience

Room was spacious and clean. There was an issue with the drainage in the bathroom basin on arrival but it was swiftly sorted. Staff were generally miserable, I didn't see one smile in a two day stay. Got charged extra for dog when checking in even though it appeared this was covered when the booking was made online. Went for breakfast one morning and had to wait absolutely ages to get seated and then to get served. No one was apologetic and one small light red haired female was particularly arrogant. There was a tall guy working the restaurant who was more congenial. Breakfast was quite greasy. Overall, pretty good aside from breakfast experience and being stung for 70 dollars for dog.
