We spent 10 days in the hotel. The hotel itself is located directly on a not busy beach, one minute from the Rock Restaurant. At high tide the ocean is only a few steps away. This gives the hotel a very special atmosphere. The hotel, common areas and rooms are very tastefully furnished and very clean. We can see the ocean from the rooms and the terrace. The hotel's garden is beautiful, with lots of flowering plants. John, the gardener gave a small tour showing all the plants and bracelets made from hibiscus and amaranda. The food was very delicious. My favorites were the fish food and the passion fruit cheesecake. All members of the staff are extremely kind, helpful and attentive. Godfrey helped us in everything, he organized the tours (swimming with turtles, butterfly center, Jozani forest, spice farm, fishing tour etc.) according to our request. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and hope to return. :)

It was small only 12 units and all were virtually on the beach. It was very personal and the staff were so attentive and NOTHING was too much to ask. The air con was perfect and the fan was sufficient most of the time. The rooms were able to be closed so even when the power went off (not the resorts fault) the rooms were kept very cool. The food especially the pizzas was excellent and the Italian flavour was great. They also organised tours for us which was great as it took hassle out of it. Also transport to and from airport so we were spoilt

This place is a true hidden gem! The apartments are brand new, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully maintained. The grounds are beautifully cared for by the attentive and friendly staff, who go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The swimming pool is fantastic—so inviting that we spent half our time there, with the other half enjoying the pristine beach just a short stroll away. Elena, the wonderful property owner, made our stay unforgettable with her warm hospitality and invaluable assistance. The location at Pingwe Beach is unbeatable, offering a blend of tranquility and excitement. We loved exploring the amazing local restaurants and witnessing the stunning natural sandbar that emerges daily with the low tide. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing stay! The hotel is just a few steps from the beach — the location couldn’t be better. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and beautifully designed, with a calm and cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning. What really made the difference was the owner — extremely kind, helpful, and genuinely caring, he made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We truly felt welcome and relaxed the whole time. Highly recommended!

better said the little paradise, amazingly relaxing, directly on a private beach with a lot of peace and quiet and not crowded, as seen in the pictures, you feel safe and stress-free, I had a comfortable and clean room with pleasant smells, and a mattress like at home all white and clean, I really do not regret it and I will come back next time for at least 14 nights. The hotel is a new one at the beginning and the value of our money is worth it,

Villa is in excellent shape, fully equipped with all amenities. Great support from Lisa & Ali which helped is with anything we needed during our stay - shopping/transfers/tours. Ramona is a warm, wonderful & thoughtful host. The bungalow comfortable & little kitchen ideal for breakfasts & snacks. The beautiful beach is only a few minutes walk. There is a traditional village only a minute walks away, where you can get basic supplies. Ramona's 2 dogs & 2 cats are very much part of the family.
