A great hotel for its price. My room was simple but very clean. The staff at the reception were very helpful; they even made my tour reservations. The hotel’s lighting at night was also quite sufficient. Its proximity to the sea is a big advantage. The bar area is very enjoyable in the evenings

The rooms are nicely decorated. Our AC wasnt working initially, but they fixed it in couple of hours while we were out for dinner. The staff was very friendly especially John and the receptionist lady. We left something behind and they even dropped it off at our hotel in Stone Town. Thanks to their owner and the receptionist lady. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made.

Our family stayed at this beautiful villa for over three weeks, truly making it our home away from home. It looks exactly like the photos — a new, stylish, and comfortable villa. The location is excellent: about a 5-minute walk to Paje Beach, around 6 minutes to the nearest supermarket, and 10–15 minutes to Paje Square. Nina, our host, was everything you could ask for — gracious, kind, quick to respond, full of helpful tips, and very easy to communicate with. She made it simple to coordinate day-to-day things like pool cleaning and villa maintenance. Having such a wonderful host made a real difference in our stay. We had a wonderful time at Abode Villa and would highly recommend it.

Amazing stay actually my second time and it was bday and the stuff organised an amazing surprise in my bedroom 😍, really recommend it, 2 minutes from the main beach, lovely swimming pool, and they have around 10-15 monkeys that u can see everyday noo neeed to pay for the Jambiani forest when u can see them directly from your room
