The hotel is very new (or renovated) and has an excellent location with view on the valley (to spot air balloons early in the morning), and close to the town. The staff is very helpful to organise activities (such as airport tranfer, private round trip or hot air balloon flight). Nice breakfast. The room was very spacious for 4 persons.

It was a wonderful holiday. Clean rooms, comfortable, nice staff. The rooms have shower and personal care products, slippers and bathrobes. Everything is new and clean. Turkish breakfast was amazing. From the restaurant you can see the valley, and in the morning you can see hot air balloons. The location of the hotel is excellent: the hotel is on the main road and there are parking places. You can walk to Uçhisar Castle and walk along the Pigeon Valley (you will return to the city by municipal bus (15tl) if you reach Göreme). Great hotel where we stayed for a few more days as it is really worth it. The guys at the reception can advise you on tours or balloons, as well as tell you the best places in the area if you are by car.

Cave style is everywhere around here, this one is pretty new, location is perfect to me. Soooo convenient, mini market, cafe…..next to hotel. Risky @ sefa r really helpful, kindly! He arranged all event for our family, horse riding, balloon….. Price is pretty fair, at least save ur hrs to bargain with travel agency! Particularly hot balloon, price can be from 100€ to 300€. All depends how clever u r:)

Personnel is always polite and eager to help, even if you try to play a difficult customer. We accepted their offer to be picked up from the airport for 80 euros, and paid another 80 to be taken back at the end of our trip. However, we learnt later that a taxi back to the airport will cost us only 25 dollars, and cancelled the back part of the transfer. I expected that they would refuse to return the money, or would say something like "we will deduct 50 per cent for the late cancellation", but they refunded our 80 euros with no problem. That was a pleasant surprise. If you order tours (Red and Green tours) through them, they will be 20-25 per cent more expensive than what you can find online. However, balloon rides. you can order through them, they offer a market price. We did so. The fortress and the Love Valley with all those fairy chimneys are at walkable distance. You can skip the Green tour, as you can basically walk from the hotel to nearly all the places they take you on that tour.
