This is my third reservation in Istanbul, and it's the best one so far. Neat, clean, and quiet apartments in a gated area. The pool is beautiful and clean even in winter, although it wasn't operational; it was nicely lit. Excellent location in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. Across the street, there's a business center with shops and a food court, and a pharmacy within walking distance. The room has air conditioners and radiators. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. Pleasant and clean furniture. The old airport is nearby, so there are always enough taxis available. The sound of planes doesn't bother at all, even though I am a light sleeper. The sea and a pleasant promenade are also within walking distance. In short, a very pleasant and cozy place. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive, always ready to help (as the property has multiple apartments managed by the same company). I will definitely book these apartments in the future!

Excellent value, very attentive staff, close to the airport, in the middle of town with plenty shopping and food outlets within 2 minutes walk. Specious rooms, comfy beds and good water preasure! Highly recommend:)

A Perfect Stay in Florya Our stay at Casa Florya was truly enjoyable. The room was spotless and smelled fresh. The breakfast was high-quality and thoughtfully prepared. The location is excellent—very close to the beach, cafés, and everything you may need. One of the highlights of our stay was spending the evenings at the hotel’s café, relaxing by the fire with live music. It created such a warm and peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely love to return.
