I had the pleasure of spending 51 amazing days at Kraam Hotel Phuket, and it was an experience I'll never forget. The staff was exceptional, making my stay truly enjoyable. Loved my stay here. The hotel is located in a quiet cove and was the perfect relaxing stay. Clean, quiet rooms with lovely minimalist decor. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranged my transport to and from the airport and Old Town Phuket, in-room massages, and had plenty of other ideas for activities. I ate breakfast every morning at the hotel next door, so close it felt like the same property—the food was more Western than traditional Thai but all delicious, and couldn't beat the convenience.

Our stay was truly a dream come true. From the moment we arrived in Phuket, Mr. Tom and his incredible team went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unforgettable. They welcomed us with warm smiles and efficiently arranged our airport transfer, which was especially useful for bigger groups like ours. The villa itself was spacious and beautifully appointed, revealing delightful surprises at every turn with its impressive array of complimentary amenities and services like washing machines and free food. Mr. Tom’s dedication to accommodating our needs made a significant difference; he was instrumental in maximising our holiday experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the expertly organized excursions to the waterpark and the stunning Phi Phi and Khai islands. Thanks to Mr. Tom’s outstanding recommendations, these adventures became treasured memories. Mr Tom even helped us to securely hold our luggage when we needed to check out late, allowing us to enjoy more of our trip without worry. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend this villa for anyone.

A perfect mixture of Italian and Thai hospitality. Everyone working in the hotel was exceptionally helpful and polite, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet street, a few minutes from the night market and the bars on foot, yet far away from the noise. This was our first trip to Asia, and we wanted to make sure that we have a reliable supply of strong European breakfast and coffee for the start of the day, and it is exactly what we got. The hotel provides free transport to Kata Noi beach, which was really great, and also you can rent a scooter right there. The staff were exceptionally helpful with all of our questions and requests.

Everything was perfect and as expected. The location is very convenient, with many shops very close to it and it is only a short 5-minute walk to Bangla road for people that want to party at night and still have the convenience to walk back home instead of taking a taxi or tuk tuk. The apartment has everything that you need to stay for a long time, as it has a fully-functional kitchen with all the essentials, it is very spacious which is convenient, especially for longer stays as you can organise your stuff as if you were home. Marcus and his team are super helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist you with whatever you need. There is also daily cleaning which is an added bonus. You can even rent a motorbike from there (based on availability) which is super convenient. I highly recommend this place for your holidays.
