Great location with all the amenities you could ask for considering the excellent the price. Close to a lot of great spots. Billie was excellent, allowed us to check in early, gave clear and detailed explanations of how to access the property and left us a couple of bottles of water and a couple of beers in the fridge for our arrival. Really nice thoughtful touches that were great and also an unexpected surprise.

What I liked the most was the location, the stunning views from the window and the bedroom, and the pool. Mary Boon's is conveniently located near the Sint Maarten airport. The rooms open up onto the beach where one can enjoy the sand, sea and sunshine during the warm sunny days of beautifully cool nights - with a drink from the resort's bar. My room was clean and comfortable with a fan as well as AC. I could also open the windows (without the AC, of course) to let in the ocean breeze and hear the surf at night. A small grocery store a short walk away sells beer, milk, tea etc. The resort has a restaurant and several other restaurants and stores are a short walk in town.

The Black Palm is an exceptional property. The room was so well appointed and designed. Liz was AMAZING! She was so helpful, checking on us when we arrived from the airport and were delayed in traffic, and also when we traveled to other nearby islands, to make sure we were okay. She shared tons of local recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. The view from the room was so beautiful and great to watch the sunset each night. The area is safe and had a security gate to enter. There is a lively restaurant and beach nearby. The area of Indigo Bay is very peaceful and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle of Saint Martin. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and how beautiful the room was!
